General Labor ~ Maid Refresh ~ Cleaning Services ~ REO Subcontractors
Northsight Management is a nationwide property preservation company based in Scottsdale, AZ. We are looking to hire new subcontractors to clean foreclosed residential properties in Middletown, New Jersey & surrounding communities.
The work orders may include sweeping, mopping, wiping down all hard surfaces, vacuuming, replacing light bulbs, completing voltage tests, cleaning sinks, cleaning windows, placing air fresheners by all sinks, cleaning the stove, removing cobwebs, cleaning toilets, reporting exterior deficiencies, & minor repairs.
All the duties required on the properties is outlined on the pricing sheet. Extra pay is available per the pricing chart.
Need to have your own equipment, a smart phone such as an android or an iphone, an internet connection, & liability insurance. Pictures on the job are a requirement also.
The job pays weekly on Friday for properties serviced correctly the week prior.
