Senior IT Business Analyst
In this role you will manage and deliver SAP FICO projects! You will be responsible for the leadership and direction of the project, business teams, technical teams, and end-users in achieving the corporate deliverables on-time. You will need to have strong relationships and interaction with the Business, Business Process Engineer, Super Users, Application Engineers, Application Developers and Project Managers in order to be successful in this role.
Duties include:
? Collaborate with other IT and business teams to deliver the project with high standards.
? Able to understand vendor tools related to FICO and able to work with them to meet the business requirements.
? Able to deliver new generation areas/modules in SAP FICO
? Act as SME to the Support group
? FICO will be the primary focus area although incumbent may also be expected to become knowledgeable of other SAP modules.

Required Skills
Required Skills:
Strong SAP experience with hands-on SAP FI/CO configuration experience. Must have very good Configuration and design knowledge in following areas:
? FI- General Ledger (with New GL functionality), Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Special Ledger and Bank Accounts including Electronic bank reconciliation. Knowledge in DME file creation.
? IM ? Investment management module experience preferred.
? CO- Cost Center and Cost Element Accounting, Internal Order, Product Costing, COPA and Profit Center Accounting.
? FSCM ? Cash management, Treasury Management (at least basic knowledge) besides Collection and Disputes Management.
? Strong Knowledge of standard reports in FICO is very essential.
? Conversant in resolving user issues relating to transactions like Invoice Verification (MIRO), Release MM / SD Blocked Invoice (MRBR / VFX3), EDI, Vendor Auto Payments, Withholding Tax Posting / Certificate, Standard Cost release, Forex revaluation and other period end close related matters.
? Ability to create ?Training Materials? and ?User Guides?. Well versed with tools like Report Writer, ABAP Query, and LSMW.
? Conversant with preparation of Functional Specifications for ABAP developments which includes objects like Reports, User Exits, Layouts and other Functional enhancements etc.,
Preferred:
? Knowledge in the areas of Travel Management, Work flow, ABAP / debug knowledge would be an added advantage.
Education:
? Post-Graduation / Professional
? Bachelor's / Post Graduate degree or higher
? CPA/ MBA or other advanced degree preferred
? 10
Years in SAP FICO.
? 3 to 4 Years of Functional experience. Good business knowledge in the area of Finance and Costing.
? Minimum 4 to 5 end to end implementation.
? Support project ? Added Advantage.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
