The right candidate will demonstrate the following:
Excellent multi-tasking abilities Friendly and professional verbal and written communication Great telephone etiquette Exceptional organizational and customer service skills.
Knowledge of Dentrix and Dexis (will train the right candidate) Spanish speaking is a plus! Some of the responsibilities for this position are:
Completing insurance breakdowns Greeting and welcoming patients to the practice Scheduling, rescheduling, or canceling appointments as needed Assisting patients in filling out information forms Preparing patients' charts and daily schedules for the dental staff Updating patient records and documenting recent treatments and procedures Scheduling follow-up appointments and providing reminders Verifying methods of payment and collecting payments as needed Performing general office duties, such as answering telephones, photocopying, filing, and faxing Please note there is a waiting period for the benefits offered by the Practice.
