Job Description and Duties:
The Client Services Account Manager will be tasked with maintaining client accounts in good standing and working with clients to ensure client satisfaction, proper goals are met related to the services provided.
The general duties consist of:
Ensure a smooth transition of the client from the Sales team to the Client Services Department.
Work closely with new clients during their implementation to ensure proper set up and reduce future issues.
Unit test and analyze client data files, ensuring proper formatting and sensible information is being reported to increase compliance.
Researching the client to understand their needs and challenges to help find solutions.
Establish clear and reasonable expectations with clients.
Build strong working relationship with the clients.
Collaborate with peers and client contacts, consulting and providing best practices to maximize department, company and client goals.
Assist with sales calls and demos to help potential new clients understand the products and services the company offers.
Troubleshoot and problem solve with clients to get them back on track when they are not meeting expectations or goals.
Conduct quarterly and annual business reviews with clients.
The Account Manager should be organized and able to manage 75-100 accounts, comfortable with online software, able to navigate through online HRIS and ATS systems.
Handle frequent procedure changes in a fast-pace environment and communicate effectively with both external clients and contacts as well as internal peers and company Supervisors.
The ideal candidate has strong moral character, an entrepreneurial spirit, works well as a team member but capable of motivating themselves when working alone or remotely, with a curiosity of future technological advancements.
Normal hours are 8:
00AM - 5:
00PM This is a remote position with sometimes being required to be in the office.
The ideal candidate must be effective at working remotely, have a proper workspace at home and willing to be present in the office for occasional meetings.

High school diploma or equivalent work experience required.
College degree a plus.
Customer service experience a plus but not required.
Training will be provided.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to be clear and concise.
Self-motivated to get work done and progressively work with accounts to enhance the client experience.
